We recently completed a custom-built home on Vashon Island, and we knew that the cabinetry was going to be one of the most important elements in creating the perfect atmosphere. From the beginning, we worked closely with Denys, who not only understood our vision but was also able to suggest design improvements that made the cabinetry even more functional. Our home has a combination of modern and rustic elements, and Denys carefully crafted a design that complemented the architecture of our house while adding luxurious storage solutions. Tony’s engineering expertise was vital in crafting custom pieces to fit our unique space, especially with some of the angled walls and vaulted ceilings in our open-concept living area. He designed cabinetry that was not only functional but also structurally sound, taking into account every detail—such as the heavy-duty sliding drawers for kitchenware and the custom shelving for our library. The finished result is absolutely stunning. The custom cabinetry throughout the home—including the kitchen, bathrooms, and home office—exudes quality and sophistication. I don’t often write reviews, but after working with Seattle Cabinets on a custom entertainment wall for our living room in Edmonds, I feel compelled to share our experience—because it was that good. We came into this project with just a vague idea: we wanted something that looked sleek, incorporated a modern electric fireplace, hid all our media clutter, and still felt cozy. What we ended up with? A complete showpiece that transformed the entire vibe of our home. From day one, the Seattle Cabinets team impressed us with their professionalism and creativity. We met with Denys, who was incredibly intuitive. He listened more than he talked, then came back with a design that totally blew us away. He suggested a built-in wall unit that included floating shelves, metal Gola channels and LED backlighting. Tony, their engineer, was like the secret weapon of the team. He made sure every cabinet fit flawlessly into our space, and worked out how to integrate our tech (sound system, game consoles, internet hubs, the works) into the design without visible wires. His level of precision is rare, and his quiet confidence gave us so much peace of mind. Phil and Ruslan handled the installation—and they were phenomenal. Kind, professional, and true craftsmen.
