Our Sammamish home needed a serious upgrade, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted something fully customized, with lots of hidden storage and clean, minimalist lines. A friend recommended Seattle Cabinets and we visited their Seattle showroom to meet Alexandra. She’s a genius with layouts and made the process so smooth from start to finish. We appreciated that everything was built right here in the Kent shop — no imports, no delays. Our installers, Ruslan and Vlad, did a phenomenal job and didn’t leave until every detail was absolutely perfect. We’ve gotten so many compliments and a few friends have already contacted Seattle Cabinets for their own remodels.

Where do I begin? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Max and his team at Seattle Cabinets. They are located hours away from us, our home being in Sequim so majority of our communication was done virtually through email and text which can be difficult for both parties involved. Tony and Denys were extremely responsive when I needed questions answered or had concerns, very detail oriented. They designed exactly what I wanted down to the tiniest detail and never told me “no”, they made it happen. We did a full renovation down to the studs on our home and did it in two phases, phase 1 being the pantry and drop zone for our children, wet bar and jack & hill bath. Phase 2 was months later when they did the full kitchen, I am thrilled with the result and top of the line quality. Another major plus for us is they were able to build the cabinets in lightening speed of 6-8 weeks when cabinet companies in Sequim were upwards of 6 months for full custom. MAx's team is top notch also, great group of guys with no communication barriers which is hard to come by these days when construction is involved. We had some hiccups here and there with the punch lists but Max and his team fixed every last detail that needed to be corrected and I’m so grateful they saw us through this lengthy process until the end.

Installation was easy and they even went out to their way to come up with a solution for us outside of their scope for our trim. If you don't buy your cabinets from Seattle Cabinet, Inc, you'll never know what you missed out on. We had no idea but EVERYTHING they make, is made here in the Good Ol USA!! They bring in raw products and build from start to finish, right there on site. Their employees appear to be from the local area, young and old alike. I loved it. Made in America, by Americans! You're never going to find this quality of product in a box store or from some on-line-flat-pack assemble-it-yourself cabinet maker. Ball bearing slides, drawers that pull and close smoothly, deep drawers, slide-outs, spice racks, cookie sheet storage, they've got it all. every drawer and cabinet is equipped with soft-close hinges/slides. The side walls are almost twice as thick as the cabinets the home builder installed when our house was built. The fit and finish is on par with a custom cabinet builder at half the price of custom. The installers did a great job. They are perfectionists. All moldings are perfectly aligned and there are no gaps. The cabinets are perfectly level and perfectly aligned. Thank you Max and Tony!!! I was nervous at first as we had gone to several other cabinet showrooms, and to say the least we were very frustrated with the help we received. After countless headaches working with builders and subcontractors working with Olha and Seattle Cabinets was a dream! After describing what I wanted and showing some inspiration pictures she sent me different designs customizing my ideas to exactly what I wanted. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and always showed up when they said they were going to. They even came back to do some touch up work on some of the built ins that got messed up when we got some lights installed. It’s been a year since we got these initially installed and we still love everything Seattle Cabinets team did so much! We can’t wait to use them again with another upcoming project we have in mind.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I have to leave a review for Seattle Cabinets because we are very happy we went this vendor. Glen is an outstanding engineer, and was very patient with us regarding the design of our custom cabinets for a closet, nook, and pantry (not pictured). Glen made sure that everything would be functional for our usage. Glen kept us updated throughout the progress (conceptual design all the way thru final construction). Glen provided us detailed CAD drawings which we were able to review and provide comments on before they were crafted. The build quality of the cabinets is outstanding. All of the hinges and drawer glides are high quality. The doors were sent out for powder coating, and came back with a very nice finish. Glen was able to resolve any hiccups that we faced after the cabinets were delivered: adjusting drawers, providing touch up paint, repairing a damaged drawer. We will definitely use Seattle Cabinets in the future.

I absolutely love our kitchen island with extra storage! Pricing was conservative compared to the big stores you get a superior product that looks absolutely stunning and luxurious. 10/10! This cabinet maker is awesome. I needed to upgrade my kitchen in my new apartment in Bellevue, and all I needed to do was call this company. They sent in someone to measure up, and I told them where I wanted things, and they made up the plans for me. They thought of everything. I have soft close doors and drawers, recessed cabinet handles, and lots of other little quirks that make the place feel more functional. I even have strip lights along the kickboards that make the kitchen feel so cozy in the evenings! Thanks, guys! You are the best!

At the project completion, I am 100% happy with the completed kitchen and the installation work done by Seattle Cabinets. They built and replaced one entire cabinet plus all the cabinet door/drawer fronts on the remainder of our cabinets. The project was slow (Ordered 2/10 and finished 6/12) and several significant errors were made. Seattle Cabinets stepped up and rectified every single mistake they made to our complete satisfaction. They charged us as originally agreed. I do wish they would invest in and use a small vacuum, as lots of debris was left behind each day and it took 3 visits to finish so we did a lot of cleanup after them. Not all needed parts were brought the first two times or it would have been a one day job. Overall, in the end we are very happy with their work and the quality of the cabinet and door/drawer fronts that were supplied.
