We recently had the pleasure of working with Seattle Cabinets to design and install custom cabinets for our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our initial encounter was an unscheduled visit to the store on a late Saturday afternoon where we met Denys who took his time to go over our project in great details and took right away organized notes planning the upcoming steps. Our project turned out highly customized and intricate: lights inside and under the cabinets, pull out large shelves (which turned out EXTREMELY ergonomic and convenient), incorporated glass for design, large panels integrated with “push to open” fridge doors, manually crafted parts, cellar custom parts, study desk incorporated on the side, etc. etc. - but the team delivered at 100% at every step of the way without a doubt. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to details. They offered helpful suggestions, and the 3D renderings helped us visualize the final project before making any decisions. We picked a “metal finish” look and the kitchen turned out “very modern and high end look” per my neighbors 🙂 And this is my favorite part as well - the entire project indeed speaks out of a “2024 kitchen”. The finished cabinets not only look stunning but also provide high functionality and organization. The installation team was efficient and respectful of our home. They worked quickly, but with great care, ensuring that everything was perfectly aligned and securely in place. Last but not least important was the price. We got quotes from other companies before making our final decision and Seattle Cabinets turned out very reasonable priced for the quality provided and high end finishes. We truly enjoyed our work with Denys - he was in charge of the design always very friendly and professional. We changed multiple parts of the project along the way as needed and Denys patiently made all the changes with us and provided his feedback. If you don't buy your cabinets from Seattle Cabinet, Inc, you'll never know what you missed out on. We had no idea but EVERYTHING they make, is made here in the Good Ol USA!! They bring in raw products and build from start to finish, right there on site. Their employees appear to be from the local area, young and old alike. I loved it. Made in America, by Americans! You're never going to find this quality of product in a box store or from some on-line-flat-pack assemble-it-yourself cabinet maker. Ball bearing slides, drawers that pull and close smoothly, deep drawers, slide-outs, spice racks, cookie sheet storage, they've got it all. every drawer and cabinet is equipped with soft-close hinges/slides. The side walls are almost twice as thick as the cabinets the home builder installed when our house was built. The fit and finish is on par with a custom cabinet builder at half the price of custom. The installers did a great job. They are perfectionists. All moldings are perfectly aligned and there are no gaps. The cabinets are perfectly level and perfectly aligned. Thank you Max and Tony!!! Do yourself a favor - Buy from Seattle Cabinets LLC.. You will not regret it.

I was nervous at first as we had gone to several other cabinet showrooms, and to say the least we were very frustrated with the help we received. After countless headaches working with builders and subcontractors working with Olha and Seattle Cabinets was a dream! After describing what I wanted and showing some inspiration pictures she sent me different designs customizing my ideas to exactly what I wanted. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and always showed up when they said they were going to. They even came back to do some touch up work on some of the built ins that got messed up when we got some lights installed. It’s been a year since we got these initially installed and we still love everything Seattle Cabinets team did so much! We can’t wait to use them again with another upcoming project we have in mind.

Wow! What an amazing experience!! I would love to share a bit of my story. I had an unexpected leak in my home in January of 2023 that wiped out my kitchen. After looking for cabinet companies, and not finding what we were looking for or the cost was too much, we ended up going with Lowes. That turned into a mistake!! Turns out one store location had a company called HCI (Highland Cabinetry) that they represented that we had not heard of! They were the color we were looking for at the price we needed. We thought “this is perfect” and it was…..until the delivery. When I received the cabinets, many were missing, they put the wrong drawers and doors on the sides of where they were supposed to be, but the worst part was they substituted sizes from what I had ordered!! Instead of sending 42’ cabinets, they sent two 21’ cabinets in place of each 42’ ordered and they didn’t even tell me, they just sent them thinking I wouldn’t notice!!! Since it was a local company, I called to let them know what had happened and how it can be fixed. They continued to make me jump through hoops, not getting back to me in a timely manner, and then later after wasting time, told me they were on backorder. For the other ones that were sized wrong, they told me it was going to cost more money!! That wasn’t MY mistake, it was THIERS!! Why should I have to pay more?? I called Lowes and they said I shouldn’t even be charged through Highland separately, if anything I should be charged through the store. Needless to say I was extremely upset and stressed about the situation!! I felt something shady was going on!! During this scenario, I was out working my advertising business and happened upon Seattle Cabinets. I decided what the heck, I will go check them out for fun (I always love showrooms and ideas anyways). I was immediately greeted with smiles from Max and Jesse. I felt such good energy with them, so I shared my story of what I was currently going through. After hearing about the quality and service they provide, along with having the color, style and price I was looking for, I instantly realized I need to figure out a way to work with them instead of the disaster I was already in. I went home with my husband and we made the decision to call Lowe’s and return everything!! We had not received the quality or level of service we should have for such a big project that we will be living with everyday for years to come. Since making the decision to work with Seattle Cabinets, we have experienced a professional level of communication, service, and quality all within an exceptionally amazing time frame. They have been on the ball with everything we needed from the start. Jesse took extensive time to help us design the kitchen of our dreams, rearrange as needed and make everything fit to our vision.
